Origins

El Ocho Licencias y Promociones, S.L. (Licenses and Promotions, Limited Society) is an agency dedicated to licensing and promotional marketing. Its headquarter is in Spain.

  • El Ocho Licencias y Promociones, S.L. is an independent agency of licensing and promotions which main markets are Spain, Portugal and Italy.
  • 100% capital of El Ocho belongs to the agency´s managing and founding team.
  • The origins of El Ocho are the licensing and promotions department of the animation production company at Globomedia. In 2003, it becomes independent in order to develop El Ocho Licencias y Promociones (Licenses and Promotions).

Promote a close relationship with distribution channels is essential to guarantee the success of our clients' products.

  • El Ocho keeps periodic meetings with Acquisitions Heads at major distribution channels to inform them of license developments as well as the support that they will receive or they are already receiving –Grupo Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Toys’R’Us, Alcampo and Inditex (Zara, Oysho, etc).
  • The agency coordinates actions for its clients at sale point –corporative visit to centers, góndola car heads, special exhibits, corners, flyers, joint promotions of various clients with different product categories, and so on.
  • With total borders freedom, El Ocho, in collaboration with brand owners, pays special attention to contract compliance in term of territories.
